And I learned that the New Circus is more expensive than I thought.
And I learned that we probably should not go out as a family at night after dinner and not get home until late because when we come home the kids are all hungry again, and so tired that they cry easily. Even if we really need groceries or a hair blow-dryer.
And I learned that it’s ok if we don’t master the Moscow metro in our first few weeks here. It’s ok to take it slow… to learn some language… to set up the house… to just spend time playing together.
I’m learning to let my new home soak into me.
